Crew List and Health Dec Forms
MANCHES CUP CREW LIST
All teams will need to submit a Crew List for the regatta. If your team is rotating crew members (i.e. having some different guests onboard each day), then a seperate crew list for each day will need to be submitted.
It may assist you, and save a considerably amount of time when you register at the regatta, if you download the Manches Cup Crew List document and complete it in advance.
MANCHES CUP HEALTH DEC
All teams will need to submit a Health Declaration form for each crew member for the regatta.
You can download the Manches Cup Health Declaration document below and have each team member complete the form in advance, ready to be handed in at the registration desk.
